Lil Nick Chappell

Hey whats up you fine fine people of the 757. Chaps here. I was informed that for whatever reason people actually check out my section of the 96X website. So I thought I would take some time out of my extremely busy schedule, notice the sarcasm, and write a new bio and update other things. So lets see. As I said in the original bio I have been up here at the X since I was 17 years of age and I am now 20, that makes three years. I live in Chesapeake and have lived in two of the seven cities in my 20 years of life. I like it here no matter what other people say about this area. I think there are plenty of things to do around here. Anyway, so I was forced against my will to go to Deep Creek high which was, shall we say, and experience. I was not a fan of school and the teachers felt the same about me probably. I did however take an awesome radio class for two years which took up half the day which was a good time. So then I graduated and have been working up here at 96 X since! I have done every show possible on this station at one point or another. I did a brief stint on nights, I was a regular on Mike and Bob for a year and a half or so, and now you can hear me during Mancow each and every weekday and on Sunday mornings. Lets see, so some things about me huh. Well, I would say just click onto my MySpace and you can find it all there but a brief description will do just fine I think. Umm, I love all kinds of music except pop and country. I love all the seasons of the year except winter and I love the Summer. I was born in July which makes me a Cancer which is somewhat fitting. My favorite kind of food is by far and away Mexican food. I'm not a fan of long pants so you will almost always find me in shorts and a T-shirt. I'm a movie fanatic as well and I will watch anything that involves Tim Burton, Danny Elfman, or Johnny Depp. My favorite holiday is Halloween and I would celebrate it all year long if I could and have people not think I was strange :-P Not a whole lot has changed in my life since the last time I wrote a bio. Just a new year and my hair has gotten a little bit longer. But one of my favorite sports teams is in the playoffs for the first time in six years, thats right, the Washington Redskins baby!!!!!! We are back and set to take the NFL by storm so watch out! Hmm, I guess thats about it for now, you can scroll down and see a few other of my favorite things. So uhh...I don't know what else to put but here are a few of my favorite things, as the song goes!

Favorite Movies: My favorite movie at the moment is still Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. And now everyone knows this great movie because of that damn Avenged Sevenfold song. But it's a great flick that you should totally check out. Another favorite is Sleepy Hollow because it's an awesome story. Some other movies I'm a fan of are Edward Scissorhands, Pirates of the Carribean, From Hell, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride, The Butterfly Effect, the Halloween series, Cabin Fever, Hostel, Eurotrip, Pink Floyds the Wall, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, National Lampoons series, American Pie, The Jacket, Sour Grapes, and much much more.

TV Shows: I said in my last bio I don't watch tv to often and that really hasn't changed. My favorite show is still hands down Curb Your Enthusiasm and this past season was sooooo funny. I own all of the seasons on DVD. Another favorite I guess is my guilty favorite and it is the show Boy Meets World. Such a good show for the whole family! The only other shows I really watch I guess would be Sportscenter, Pardon the Interruption, Fear Factor, Law and Order SVU, and pretty much anything on the travel channel.

Music: Well I have a TON of CD's I listen to on a regular basis but I will just give you some of the stuff I have be listening to lately.
